Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Essam El-Din Farhat, President of Minia University, and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Marwa El-Schereie, Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Sherif Abu El-Makarem, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, and Prof. Dr. Ishaq Farag, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, and organized by the Student Affairs Office under Dr. Mostafa Gamal, Director of the Office, the Faculty of Alsun welcomed Dr. Ahmed Al-Toukhi on Tuesday, 18 November 2025 to conduct a social training session as part of the National Project for Preserving the Egyptian Family “Mawadda”, in partnership with the Ministry of Social Solidarity and Minia University.

The session opened with a welcoming speech by Prof. Dr. Sherif Abu El-Makarem, highlighting the awareness and educational role of the Mawadda program in preparing young people to build stable and conscious families.

Dr. Ahmed Al-Toukhi presented the program objectives, emphasizing the role of love, compassion, and understanding among family members in ensuring family stability and societal cohesion. He also discussed key topics such as choosing a life partner, enhancing family communication, and promoting proper social upbringing of children.

The training witnessed active participation from students across different departments and academic years, who engaged in discussions and posed questions, reflecting their awareness of these important life topics.
