Steps and Procedures for Medical Examination of Newly Accepted Students at Minia University Faculties

First: Arrival at the University
Students should arrive at the university at 9:00 AM through either:

  • The Main Gate, or

  • The Shelbi Gate.

Location for Medical Examination:
The Covered Hall on campus, located in front of the Faculty of Fine Arts.

Second: Entering the Covered Hall
Students enter via the main stairs to the upper first floor, where at the entrance:

  • Right Hall (VIP Room):
    Dedicated to Student Affairs.
    Here, student identity will be verified, and the medical examination form along with the examination queue number will be issued after reviewing:

    • National ID card.

    • Final nomination card.

    • Recent personal photo.

  • Left Hall (VIP Room):
    Contains a Fawry payment point to pay the medical examination fees.

Third: Waiting for the Turn
After payment and receiving the examination form, students wait in the designated seating areas until their queue number is called for the medical exam.

Designated waiting areas:

  • Western stands for female students.

  • Eastern stands for male students.

Fourth: Medical Examination
The medical examination takes place on the stadium floor.
After completion, the medical form is stamped and signed by the Director General of Medical Services.

Fifth: Drug Screening (Urine Samples)
After the medical exam, students proceed to the ground floor of the Covered Hall to collect and submit urine samples.

Sample collection locations:

  • Western restrooms for female students.

  • Eastern restrooms for male students.

Samples and medical forms are then submitted to the analysis laboratory.

Sixth: Completing Enrollment Procedures
Upon completing all the above steps, students exit directly and head to their nominated faculty to complete registration and enrollment procedures.
